The biggest sports event for the month is almost upon us as NFL’s Super Bowl LVI, which will be held in Los Angeles is right around the corner.
The final match of the NFL playoffs will see the Cincinnati Bengals of the AFC play against the NFC’s Los Angeles Rams for the ultimate prize.
Along with that, the event will include the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show, which will feature performances from the Hip-Hop quintet of Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre.
While the match between the two titans and the Halftime Show will be the main focus, the event will also be filled with new commercials and trailers for upcoming movies and TV shows.
This will also include the Marvel Cinematic Universe with their upcoming projects for the year 2022. But which shows and movies might make the cut for Super Bowl LVI?
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
The first trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness arrived as the post-credits scene for Spider-Man: No Way Home.
As the movie released two months ago, fans might want a refresher about the about so what better time to release the second trailer than Super Bowl LVI.
Moon Knight
Along with the Doctor Strange sequel, Moon Knight has also received a trailer which released last month.
With the Oscar Isaac-led show set to release in late March, the Super Bowl is the perfect time to boost the show’s marketing. So fans shouldn’t be surprised if Disney+ and Marvel release another trailer for it.
She-Hulk
Following the release of Moon Knight, it’s very likely that the next Marvel Disney+ show will be the Tatiana Maslany-led She-Hulk.
Featuring her cousin Bruce Banner and his alter-ego in Hulk, She-Hulk will finally give fans the long-awaited live-action adaptation for Jennifer Walters, and it would be interesting if Marvel decides to drop a slight teaser for the show during the event.
Thor: Love and Thunder
Thor: Love and Thunder will drop just two months after the release of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. So it shouldn’t be a shock for fans if Marvel decides to drop an entire trailer for the fourth installment in the series during the Super Bowl.
While the likelihood for such a thing to happen is very low, fans would love to see a slight tease for the returning Natalie Portman, who would take up the mantle of Mighty Thor.
